Well, I finally got my first shipment of books.
Volume 1 covers the beginning up to 1940. Volume 2
will be available next year and will cover 1940
until the end of the company. The book is 167 pages
with color and B&W. I am ready to take orders. The

apparatus from 102 different builders and manufacturing
companies. During this 161-year period, each unit is
documented by the department's company assignment, date,
and location. "San Francisco's Fire Apparatus" contains
300 images, including historical notes by the author,
which are now published for the first time.
